Begin Application

Before Beginning an Online Application

Get organized! To simplify the application process, gather required documents and other information ahead of time.

Collect Required Documents. Following are the required documents (“supporting documents”) that you should send us after you complete the Online Application. A photocopy of each item is sufficient for our record. Should the original is required, we will ask for it at later time. During the Online Application, many pieces of information are required from these documents. Accordingly, we recommend you collect the required documents before you begin the application process.

For Principal Applicant:

  1. Passport Biographical Information Page.
  2. Original Visa used for last entry into the U.S.
  3. I-94 Departure Record.
  4. I-797 USCIS Approval Notice for your previous visa petition, if applicable.
  5. I-797 USCIS Approval Notice for any Change of Status or Extension of Status after arrival in the U.S. , if applicable.
  6. All DS-230 Certificates of Eligibility, if a J-1/J-2 visitor.
  7. All I-20 Certificates of Eligibility, if a F-1/F-2 student or family.
  8. Any other immigration papers issued by U.S. Government for your current visa status.
  9. Master’s degree (certificate or diploma) and the Transcripts, if applicable.
  10. Bachelor’s degree (certificate or diploma) and the Transcript.
  11. Credentials Evaluation Report for all foreign institutions’ degrees and transcripts.
  12. State Teaching Certificate, if applicable.
  13. Resume.

For Each of Family Members Applying with You:

  1. Passport Biographical Information Page.
  2. Original Visa used for last entry into the U.S.
  3. I-94 Departure Record.
  4. For Spouse, provide the Marriage Certificate.
    For each Child, provide the Birth Certificate.
  5. I-797 USCIS Approval Notice for your visa petition, if applicable.
  6. I-797 USCIS Approval Notice for any Change of Status or Extension of Status after arrival in the U.S. , if applicable.
  7. All DS-230 Certificates of Eligibility, if a J-1/J-2 visitor.
  8. All I-20 Certificates of Eligibility, if a F-1/F-2 student or family.
  9. Any other immigration papers issued by U.S. Government for your current visa status.

Completing Application. Until we receive the requested documents from you, your application process is incomplete. After submitting the Online Application, please immediately send us the supporting documents, with any due payment.

Method to Send Supporting Documents. We prefer you to scan and email your documents. In case you do not have a scanner, however, please use an express mail.

  • Scan and Email : Scan the requested documents and covert them to either PDF or JPEG format. Send the scanned documents via email transmission, as attachments. Before sending the email, please label each of scanned documents with a unique file name, so that we could easily identify each attachment.

  • Photocopy and Express Mail : Using a regular copier, make a clean and legible copy of each supporting document. Please send the document copies by express mail or courier service for immediate processing of your application.
